what an amazing experience!!! have thoroughly enjoyed ibiza and it's delightful meals but needed to get a fix of our 🤩 cuisine. sushiya hit the spot and then some! in my happy place with yum sushi and saki 💕💕elena, the sushi chef , and the rest of crew know how to bring their A game! highly recommend

We have been coming to this Japanese restaurant in Ibiza for years, usually at the end of September. Every visit is a pleasure, with a traditional atmosphere and an open kitchen where you can watch the meticulous preparation of each dish.
The chefs are incredibly focused, showing a nearly obsessive attention to detail. I was amazed to see them drying each piece of foie gras individually before crafting a gunkan with mango. And the wasabi? They serve the real deal here, freshly grated from the root.
The ingredients are absolutely fresh, and while the menu isn’t extensive, we appreciate this. The limited selection reflects what the local fish market has to offer that day, ensuring seasonal and high-quality dishes.
Prices have increased slightly, but that’s understandable given the rise in costs across the board, including for top-quality ingredients.
If you want to experience authentic Japanese sushi, this place is perfect. But if you're used to frozen uramaki from trendy Japanese spots, this probably isn't for you.- Precio por persona

We got lovely treatment here with some delicious and unique sushi dishes. The owner made sure we were well taken care of. This stop provided a lovely light alternative to some of the heavier Spanish food we had been indulging in. We recommend this for its local and fresh seafood.

I love this place! What I like the most, of course, is the food. I truly believe it's the best sushi you can find on the entire island. Fresh, local ingredients, and then, of course, Elena; always smiling and ready to welcome you! ♥️

Hat a great dinner at Sushiya Aoyama. Perfect dishes(only fish). Very tasty Tuna(Toro), Sushi, Sashimi and Good sake. For a nice price. From now on one of my favorite Japanese little restaurant. Thanks till next time. JosTequila and my new name TequilaSan

One of the greatest dining experiences I have ever had! Handcrafted sushi on the highest level. Especially made from local fish. Japanese Chef and his lovely wife create a personal atmosphere making you feel home.

Oh wow where can I begin?. Lovely demure atmosphere, lovely decor and soft lighting, best hospitality and host that we have come across, and the food was incredible. My fist time drinking saki and it won't be my last. A gem of a place to be honest.

Delicious sushi! The temperature and texture of the rice is always perfect. The fish and seafood are of highest quality. Don’t miss their daily recommendations of local fish from Ibiza. Service is always very friendly.

Hidden little gem! You wouldn’t think by the place or the neighbourhood you will get such incredible sushi. Would really recommend it! It’s done with such incredible care and I think the chefs were actually all Japanese.
